This is complete bullshit. Matthew Carter is a type god, I love his work, but to use Verdana … VERDANA as a corporate *print* typeface is beyond sacrilege. It’s like urinating on the open casket of graphic design.
Verdana is a Web Font — it was designed for the Web!!!!! Arrrrrggggghhhhhh.
I bet the idiots who made this decision were paid handsomely for this decent into madness. Why not just switch to Times New Roman and call it a day?
what are they going to do next? use comic sans for their advertisements or something?
